What is Website Logo Generator

Written by Giorgos Kostas. Last reviewed:

A website logo pack is the collection of logo, favicon, touch icon, PWA icon, and social preview files a modern site needs across browsers and devices.

Website Logo Generator converts one uploaded PNG or JPG into the standard web logo files and packages them into a downloadable ZIP in your browser.

Why use it

  • Create favicon sizes, Apple touch icons, PWA icons, 1024px logo exports, and a 1200 x 630 Open Graph image from one source.
  • Keep icon padding, transparent PNG output, and the solid background color under your control.
  • Download all generated assets as one ZIP so the files are ready for a website, manifest, or deploy pipeline.
  • Process the image locally in the browser without uploading the logo to a server.

Features

  • PNG and JPG upload
  • Complete favicon export set
  • Apple touch icon and PWA icon sizes
  • logo.svg and icon.svg wrapper files
  • 1200 x 630 Open Graph image
  • One-click ZIP download
  • Browser-side image processing

How to use Website Logo Generator

  1. Upload logo. Choose or drop a PNG or JPG logo source.
  2. Adjust output. Set the background color, icon padding, transparent PNG preference, and optional site name for the Open Graph image.
  3. Preview files. Switch between target PNG sizes to inspect favicon, icon, 1024px, and Open Graph output.
  4. Download ZIP. Click Download ZIP to save the complete website logo pack.

Common errors

Starting from a tiny logo

Small uploads become soft when expanded to 512px, 1024px, or Open Graph sizes.

Fix: Use the largest clean source image you have, ideally 1024px or larger with transparent edges.

Expecting raster-to-vector tracing

PNG and JPG uploads cannot be turned into editable vector paths without a tracing step.

Fix: This tool creates SVG wrapper files for web delivery. Upload an original SVG separately when editable vector paths are required.

Transparent logo on Apple icons

Apple touch icons are displayed on solid backgrounds in many contexts.

Fix: Pick a solid background color that works behind the logo before exporting the ZIP.

FAQ

Which files are included in the logo ZIP?

The ZIP includes logo.svg, icon.svg, favicon PNGs at 16, 32, 48, and 64px, apple-touch-icon.png, icon-192.png, icon-512.png, logo-1024.png, icon-1024.png, and og-image.png.

Does it make a true vector SVG from a PNG or JPG?

No. Raster uploads are placed inside scalable SVG wrapper files. Use an original SVG source when you need editable vector paths.

Is my logo uploaded?

No. The image is read, resized, previewed, and zipped in your browser.

What source image works best?

A high-resolution transparent PNG works best for favicons and PWA icons. JPG works well when the logo already has a solid background.
